Where are you finding your outfit inspiration these days? I am currently browsing the selfie mirror carousels from my favourite fellow creators. Not a new trend on Instagram, but the format still feels fresh, and definitely helpful when I’m considering styling options, especially for those months when I have weekly out-of-town trips on my agenda.
What grabs my attention about this specific style content is that we get a glimpse into how the women we follow actually style their clothes and accessories on a day to day basis, and less about the typical “Hero Look for the feed”. The carousels feel like a little personalised lookbook with glimpses into the aesthetic and style profile of the wearer. If we are trying to channel a certain mood from the season, it’s endless gems on how to embody the vibe.
